Land Size Requirement
The landowner must provide a piece of land with Construction of School as per CBSC Board norms on ranging from 2 to 10 acres to serve as the location for the school.
Construction Compliance
The landowner is responsible for constructing the school building according to the norms and standards set by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), ensuring the facilities meet all required educational standards.
Lease Agreement
The landowner must enter into a lease agreement with DPIS for a duration of 33 years, committing to lease the land to DPIS for this period.
License Fees
Landowner pays One-time or Part Payment of Rs 35 lakhs license fee to DPIS (typically at the time the lease agreement is signed), followed by Rs 10 lakhs for CBSE Affiliation and 10% of school Royalty fees as per agreement.
